Cause of this error: HMRC’s Authorisation (OAuth token) validity expired.
Please follow below instructions to get it reauthorised.
Step 1: Click Entity on the left pane and click on revoke button on the entity listed.
Step 2: Now, click on Authorize button again to authorize with HMRC.
Step 3: Sign into HMRC’s page and click Grant Authority and follow onscreen instructions.
(Ensure that you have HMRC credentials specific to the entity you want to authorize for, if the credentials are not of the specific VRN, the interactions with HMRC from the application for the VRN will not be successful.)
These steps should help you resolve the issue.
